How is the 32-inch unit fixed to the wall?
The wall mount is standard. The mounting surface must carry the full weight of the unit and be reinforced: expansion bolts in concrete, a backing board or a floor post on light steel stud walls. Because the 220V supply and the printer are built in, leave a service opening and room for heat to escape, and do not mount the unit flush against the wall.
What does the built-in printer print?
80mm thermal paper with an auto cutter prints price labels, coupons, queue numbers or lookup receipts. Print content is controlled by the price checker software, and the printer is called through the Windows print driver, so no separate control protocol is needed.
Why are size and weight not listed for this model?
The spec sheet gives XTCM320 the same size and weight as the 21.5-inch XTCM215 (380×835×86mm / 12.5kg). A 32-inch unit cannot match a 21.5-inch unit, so these figures are to be measured. Confirm shipping, stair carry and mounting with sales first, and do not plan around 12.5kg.
