Will a 15.6-inch unit at the entrance take up too much space?
The housing is 35mm thick, and the VESA01 hole pattern can be fixed flat to a wall or extended 10–15cm on a short arm. When mounted on a side wall at an entrance, set the screen center 1.45–1.55m above the floor: it stays out of the walking path, and shoppers' eyes meet it as they pass.
Does the large screen need a separate PC?
No. Screen, mainboard and scan engine are one unit; connect the 12V power and a network cable and it runs. The system is Android 11, so you can install your own price query app or use the default pages we provide.
Can the landscape screen be changed to portrait?
The structure allows rotation, but the 1366×768 panel is designed for a landscape layout, so a portrait install needs the interface reflowed to 768×1366. If portrait use is confirmed, choose the 21.5-inch XTCM215 with its 1080×1920 portrait screen.
