Why are housing size and weight not listed?
XTCM215 and XTCM320 list identical figures for these two items in their spec sheets (380×835×86mm / 12.5kg). A 32-inch unit and a 21.5-inch unit cannot share the same size and weight, so at least one sheet was copied without edits. Until measured data is available, this page leaves both items out rather than give wrong input for selection and shipping quotes. Screen size, ports and system specs shown here follow the spec sheet.
What content suits a 21.5-inch portrait screen?
A portrait screen suits a list plus detail layout: brands and categories in the upper part, a product list or floor map in the middle, the scan window and action buttons below. At 1080×1920 the product image, price and specs fit on one screen without scrolling.
What does built-in 220V power mean?
The power module sits inside the housing, so the site needs one 220V cord and no external 12V adapter. Installation stays clean and no adapter can come loose; the trade-off is live mains inside the unit, so cut power before service and leave room for heat to escape around the mounting spot.
